A proper sign-off… and a head start on 2026

Hi Reader!

Fuck. I owe you an apology with this note.

I’ve gone a bit quiet these last couple of weeks. I’ve been intentionally winding things down. Closing loops. Clearing space. Giving myself time to recover from what I think has been, for so many of us, one of the hardest years - in business and in life. I wanted to let this year land properly before I rush headlong into the next one.

But I didn’t want the year to end without a final check in, sharing what’s coming, and giving you something genuinely useful to take into that strange in-between space we call Twixmas.

So here we go...

A huge moment for me (and an invitation for you)

One of the things I’m most excited about heading into 2026 is this:

On January 15th, I’ll be hosting my very first Socially Shared meeting in Sutton Coldfield ✨
📍 Lea Marston Hotel
🎯 Your 2026 Marketing Strategy - From Scratch

I'm really excited and I've been putting a lot of prep into this first meeting, and I really hope some of you are able to join me - Socially Shared rooms have played a massive role in my business journey - from my first awkward networking meetings, to speaking on stage, to now running my own group, and I'd love to be a part of your networking journey too.

And I want this first meeting to be exceptional.

Not fluffy.
Not theoretical.
Not “come along and hope something useful happens.”

You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and the building blocks of a marketing strategy you can actually execute.

You can book your place here

And because it’s my first meeting as a host, I’m adding a little thank-you bonus:
I'm running a competition for everyone who registers. Every gorgeous person who comes along to my first meeting will go into a prize draw to get free access to my 5 Day Event Funnel Challenge - so you can turn networking into real leads and clients, not just nice conversations.

And… the podcast is finally happening 🎙️

This one has been a long time coming.

My new podcast with Nic Mooney launches on January 21st (the week after Socially Shared, and just after the new moon, so you'll all be in the best possible mindset for it).

It’s bold, honest, funny, a bit chaotic in the best way - and built for the women who want to grow businesses that actually fit their lives.

We’re keeping the name under wraps for just a little longer, but trust me: if you like my newsletters, my workshops, and my general “say the quiet part out loud” energy… you’re going to love it.

I’ll share the link as soon as the first episode goes live.

What I’m building next year (and who it’s for)

I’m heading into 2026 with real intention - fewer scattered offers, more depth, more impact.

Here’s what that looks like:

The 5 Day Strategy Sprint

It's a fan favourite, and it's not going anywhere, it's just getting better. This is for anyone who wants a proper jump start with their marketing.

Five focused days.
One clear plan.
No burnout, no overthinking.
We look at your goals, your money mindset, your audience, your packages and pricing, your content, and your lead generation.

26-30th January, 9.30-11.00am

It’s the fastest way to get out of “I know I should be doing something” and into confident, consistent action.

🌱 Create Your Own Category - Cohort Two (February)

This is my flagship 3-month programme for women who are ready to step up and away.

Away from:

  • competing on price
  • doing what everyone else is doing
  • trading more and more time for the same income

And into:

  • authority
  • scalability
  • uniqueness
  • diversification
  • and becoming the obvious choice in their space

If 2025 taught you that “more hustle” isn’t the answer, this is where we build something different.

I’ll be sharing more about both of these in the new year - but I wanted you to know what I’m building now, while you still have space to think.

A Twixmas tip (that won’t take over your life)

If you want to get ahead - gently - here’s one thing to do between Christmas and New Year:

📝 Write a “stop doing” list.

Not goals.
Not resolutions.
Not a colour-coded masterplan.

Just ask yourself:

  • What drained me this year?
  • What didn’t move the needle?
  • What am I carrying out of habit, not intention?

The fastest growth I see in clients doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from letting go.

January is easier when you shed the stuff that doesn't serve you and only carry forward the stuff that supports your success.

Okay, that's enough from me for this year.

Thank you for reading, replying, coming along, questioning, and growing with me over the past year.
It means more than I can say.

I’ll see you in January - rested, clear, and ready to build something good.

P.S. If you’re coming to the Sutton Socially Shared meeting, hit reply and let me know - I’d love to know who I’m welcoming into the room.

Happy Weekend! So I just got back from the opticians. Me and the boy are both glasses wearers, and we've both had our "your eye test is overdue" letters in the past few weeks, so off we trotted down to Specsavers to have those little puffs of air shot into our eyes. And lo, we both have new prescriptions - the boy's eyes are slightly better (hooray for no longer secret reading in the dark!), my eyes are slightly worse (boo to being vain and not wearing my glasses half as often as I'm supposed...

Hey stunner, I’m writing this with that slightly knackered-but-buzzing feeling you get after something really good has happened. Yesterday, I hosted my very first Socially Shared meeting as the Sutton & Coleshill host. I won't play it down - it was a cracker. A full room. Proper conversations. Women actually talking to each other, not just swapping Instagram handles and legging it. People left with new connections, new opportunities, and the foundations of their 2026 marketing strategy...

Hi Reader! Happy New Year - and welcome to 2026! January always arrives with a strange mix of pressure and possibility, don't you think? Everyone telling you to “start fresh”, “go bigger”, “post more”, “sell harder”… while your nervous system is still recovering from mince pies and end-of-year exhaustion. So this month, I want to do something different. Rather than overloading you with even more actions to do at a time when (clearly) our bodies want to be slowing down and hibernating, I'm...
